Full Time Sales Rep – Central New Jersey
Qualified candidates should be well versed in craft beer with some industrial experience or equivalent experience in a similar sales and marketing position required. Experience in direct beer sales to on and off premise accounts preferred. A clean driving record, ability to lift/carry up to 150lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some occasional travel is also required. Job responsibilities including creating and maintaining strong relationships with on and off premise retailers, managing inventory levels and product allocations, and setting up and marketing on and off premise events in addition to working regular tastings and festivals. All candidates must be able to work under minimal supervision while meeting sales goals and account management expectation, so self-motivation is an absolute must, as well as ability to work around flowing taps while maintaining responsibility and professionality at all times. Optimally, candidate will have existing sales experience within and live within or near the designated sales territory. Responsibilities include:
– Maintaining and growing sales at on and off premise accounts within designated territory.
– Scheduling regular meetings with accounts and sampling buyers and teams on products
– Organizing and hosting events
– Merchandising packaged goods within accounts as needed
– Accountability for account performance within territory
– Coordinating and working at Beer Festivals
– Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
– Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
– Must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.

FT Delivery Driver
The Delivery Driver is responsible for loading delivery vehicles and delivering beer on routed courses. The position will split time between handling deliveries and doing cellar work within the brewery, in roles that include:
– Organizing and cleaning the cold storage room
– Cleaning and stacking kegs
– Cleaning and organizing equipment.
– Filling kegs
– Operating heavy machinery including delivery vans, medium duty delivery trucks, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
Qualified candidates must possess a clean driving record and be willing to and enjoy working early hours and lifting cases and kegs of beer. Ability to lift and carry up to 150lbs is a must. Qualified candidates must have strong time management skills and be able to maintain themselves in a professional manner at all times. Interest and ability to grow with the company is preferred.
