12 Jan Happy Anniversary! An Homage to our Past and Future!
It feels like yesterday, and a million years ago at the same time. But we’ve made it! And now we are gearing up to kick off our 8th anniversary week in a big way. 8 years ago, we got our beginnings as contract brewers, producing, packaging, and distributing a single 30 barrel of batch of beer per month. We had wide eyes and big hopes. We had no clue where the future would bring us.
Now, we can look back and reflect upon how far we’ve come. From humble beginnings brewing in someone else’s brewery and delivering beer to the brave few shops who were willing to take us in, we now get to enjoy this brand new production facility in the heart of the Meadowlands.
- An Homage to our Past
This 8.3% bold and robust smoked porter was brewed with both cherrywood and peat smoked malts along with a host of some of our other favorite roasted varietals. Viscous as it is vicious, it finishes with a pleasant but not overwhelming hint of smoke from the smoldering flames of our one-time headquarters.
