Pebb Light
The Story of Pebb Light started in late 2021 as a simple joke. “Lets just make a light version of Juicy Pebbulls” Hey…why not, a few test batches in and we knew we had a winner.
Inspired by it’s Big Brother, Pebb Light is brewed up with four different types of hops and finished off with lime zest. The result is a light and refreshing IPA!

The Hops
Pebb Light is brewed with four different types of hops including Cashmere, Michigan Copper, Cryo Citra, and Lotus. Each different hop added plays nicely together in creating the overall Juicy flavor profile of Pebb Light.
The Yeast
Pebb Light is brewed with Juicy Yeast to better bring out the aromas that are added in by the hops. This type of yeast is typically used in most New England Style and Hazy IPAs because of its “juicy” profile.
Add-In’s
To keep on par with its big brother, Pebb Light’s last step in the brewing process is the addition of Lime Zests, prepared and hand zested by the members of our crew. The Lime offers a nice sweet complement to the very light bite from the hops.
Food Pairings
Due to the light body and texture, along with the flavor profile brought on by the addition of Lime Zest, Pebb Light will pair very nicely with Homemade Street Tacos, Backyard BBQ, and any other type of spicy cuisine.
