Danielle is the chef behind RainBao, a New Jersey–based food truck serving bao buns with big personality and bold flavor. Originally from Alabama, Danielle brings her Southern roots to the table in creative ways, pairing them with the culinary perspective she developed while training at culinary school and working under a Michelin-starred chef in New York City.

RainBao’s menu is grounded in comfort and curiosity — where fluffy bao buns are filled with unexpected combinations that celebrate both heritage and play. Think sweet heat, slow-cooked goodness, vegan surprises, and even a s’mores bao that’ll catch you off guard in the best way.
